Our routines feature safe & fun interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

We use body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one strength training class. We will provide you with free weights at the studio or you may bring your own. The class is designed for 1 to 3 pounds free weights.
