Surround yourself with good friends and family members. Loneliness is associated with decreased immune system function.

Keep alcohol consumption to a minimum. This will help keep your liver healthy! Limit yourself to 2 drinks per week or less.

Reduce your exposure to environmental estrogens and toxic chemicals. Don't use chlorine beach, use hydrogen peroxide for cleaning purposes instead. Filter your water. Reduce use of plastic containers for food and water storage. Replace pesticides with herbal deterrents or diatomaceous earth in your garden. Eat organically grown food. Avoid longtime use of hormone treatments.

It is important to stop smoking. Smoking increases the risk of developing heart problems and other diseases. Living and working in places that are smoke-free are also important.

It's summer time!. Make sure to hydrate well before, during and after your Zumba class. Drink water and wear sunscreen lotion whenever necessary.
